The hotel offers very comfortable rooms that feel more like a lovely flat than a boring hotel room. The service is fantastic, catering to all our needs for a short couples retreat. The apartment in Newcastle was perfect and huge with 2 tellies, fresh glass bottled milk in the mini fridge, and close to exceptional restaurants. The owner's service was absolutely lovely, very accommodating, and friendly. The location was peaceful and quiet, offering a good night's sleep and accessibility to the city center and nearby villages. The dining experience, especially with breakfast delivered to the room, was top quality at an extremely reasonable price.
